I've never tried Kava before and have heard some very mixed reviews. A few questions for those who have already experienced the drug:

- Pills or Root?

- Notable side effects?

- Kava vs Kratom?

- Are legal highs (Salvia excluded) even worthwhile?

Any other thoughts or opinions are welcome...

as far as legal highs go - dxm, salvia, nitrous oxide, various poppy methods (technically illegal), kratom, benzedrex, LSA, amanitas muscaria, and alcohol are pretty much everything thats worth it.

capsules arent the way to go. If you really wanna try kava kava get some leaves and make tea. My spanish teacher went to Paulau or one of those islands. And that was the main legal drug (like booze here) in use.

It looks like they just threw in some random crap, in hopes that something will make you feel like something.
