bullshit. the police are NOT going to raid your house for having K shipped there. I have had lots of benzos and K shipments siezed and all they do is send a love letter to your house stating that if you want to claim your shipment bring your ID and prescription to their office. Your house will NOT be raided over K or pharmacuticals as long as the amount isnt completely outrageous.

Typically when customs finds illegal goods are coming through the mail, they hold the package and send a notice to the person who the package was sent to that their package contained illegal goods and they have the opportunity to dispute it with the customs agent. You could always deny that you knew that you were receiving narcotics through the mail.

hell i would just empty out a shampoo bottle, or one of those travel bottles for shampoo and fill it up. No ones gnna go through your shampoo. if its liquid that is.

the mailing thing... Get a PO box, try getting one with a fake ID if your sketch about that. Or you could mail it to some random house and just snatch it when it gets delivered, i would not reccomend it but i know someone who did it.

You dont go throught customs when you're leaving a country, you go throught it when you enter. So he would be going to canadian jail if anything.

Those chemist shops aren't going to sell you drugs without a prescription MOST of the time. Plus those ones in secluded villages are probably not going to have your standard morphine/oxycontin. Keep in mind these chemists are held to public standards because many times they offer medical advice and dish out medicine. I solicited many chemists for Rx drugs while I was in India, like most things where there is a will, there is a way.

what part of india did you visit? cause i've heard the north is much easier than the southern areas.

I'm from the North, however I've spent much more time traveling around the South. I can't really say if I like one over the other, I can say that a place like Delhi, Agra, or Jaipur---your typical tourist destinations-- there will be people who will try to take advantage of you, especially if you are going around asking for drugs. The south of India is absolutely beautiful and many many friendly people. I highly suggest you go to Goa (psytrance capital of the world-lots of drugs and beaches and amazing scenery everywhere), Kodaikanal (in Tamilnadu, an amazing little hill station, awesome scenery and the birthplace of eating mushies :D ), and Hampi (in Karnataka, look up Vijaynagar and you will know why you have to go there, make sure you take your favorite hallucinogen along). Those are all in southern India. Northern India, go to Mussorie (if you really do go you should tell me, my family lives there).

I don't know about the oxycontin. However I know for a fact there are morphine and valium pills. Forget all that though, there are SO many drugs in India. All over India you'll see a bunch of dopey-nerdy Indian college/high school kids wearing those dopey 420-weed shirts, go ahead and ask them. Approach them for bud first because alot of time they won't be down with "artificial" drugs (I don't know, you meet people here who are retarded about that kinda stuff too).

Treating people with dignity and respect goes along way. People there are extremely nice to foreigners because they are seen as "guests" and it is customary to treat guests with the upmost respect in Indian culture.
