Default K afterglow

Since Ketamine is considered (at least partly) a hallucinogen by most people, does it have some sort of afterglow?

No, ketamine is considered a disassociative by pretty much everyone.

No. Technically it's a CNS depressant.

Nope. My dog had its uterus surgically removed and I looked on the vet bill and they charged us for the ketamine they used to put it to sleep.

I think you have conflicting and sexually confusing emotions regarding your dog.

Ketamine is something like cough syrup, but it doesnt last as long, and you have to close your eyes or be in the dark to see anything resembling a hallucination. It isnt as an effective of a hallucinogen as some other compounds, mainly because it was designed NOT to cause hallucinations, or at least reduce them.

ketamine is a dissociative hallucinogen with CNS depressant effects, that is used to tranquilizes horses.

the people on the previous page need to redefine their definition of hallucination. just because ketamine doesnt always produce "classic" hallucinations like acid or mushrooms doesnt mean that it doesnt make you hallucinate. in my opinion being fucked up on k and just being in a different world is definitely a hallucination. IME, you can hardly see anything on stronger dissociatives (the strongest ones ive had are salvia and ketamine) and thats definitely a hallucination. the warping thing doesnt really happen with k cause your just too fucked up, but fractals and visuals sometimes occur.

I guess i'll be the first to answer the OP's question.
Out of all of you; bumbling, asinine, dick waving, misanthropes. Mad

Yes K has a significant, medically acknowledged afterglow.
It is thought to lift depression, after a single use, for about 2 weeks.

It is believed that:

The dissociative property, inhibits the electrical signals, and sort of has a "reset" effect on your brain.

OP could have answered alot by going here:
http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/ketamine/ketamine_effects.shtml

By coming here and asking us, and yet acting as if he knows all about ketamine/users, I assumed that he simply wanted to talk about dick waving, misanthropes of the bumbling asinine variety.

well on account of its not a deliriant...

most deliriants (AFAIK) effects ACHE (the stuff that makes you itchy) by blocking it (thus, benadryl makes you less itchy...), and ketamine works by blocking calcium channels/NMDA receptor antagonism.
