Question ciproflaxin help

Its an antibiotic. prescribed for the puncture wound i have on the ball of my foot. I stepped on a piece of glass and it went through my sneaker.

anyway some people tell me not to drink or take drugs. I looked it up but failed to find any info on the internet. so last night i had 4 beers. i felt rather strange and over tired.

I might take some E tonight and am wondering if anyone has any information about the interactions or can help me find some info or tell some experiences. or any info on complications.

i have about half an hour before i head out so i need some quick help. thank.

The toxicity of drugs that are metabolised by the cytochrome P450 system is enhanced by concomitant use of some quinolones.

^that includes almost every major recreational drug, including mdma.

They may also interact with the GABA A receptor and cause neurological symptoms

^that means benzos, but if im not mistaken, the antibiotic's action on cytochrome P450 already will fuck with use of benzos.

my advice: lay off drugs other than marijuana and psychedelics (youll get higher than usual, but theyre non-toxic so youll be fine as long as you go slow. im positive THC is metabolized by that enzyme not sure about psychs tho, just take it slow) until like a day after you stop taking cipro.

I seriously doubt anything will happen d00d.
they're just antibiotics it'l probably only increase the effects of the drugs your taking.

you said "AW dont be a little pussy take the E."

first of all, not doing drugs doesnt make you a pussy.

second, you dont understand the danger psychoactive substances could cause when combined with substrates and inhibitors of that specific enzyme. just SHUT
UP.
