Just recently a female friend of mine (not romantic) told me she had ben raped by her ex. I did not know her during the time all of this takes place since I met her through school. Lets call her Alice. Anyway, from what Alice told me so far this is how it went down. During the summer sometime a friend hooked them up together. She says they were all good up until a couple weeks after they got together. The boyfriend started doing drugs fairly often and in mass. To the point where it started to interfere with their relationship. Alice decided to break the relationship off. He appeared to be ok until, he wanted to get back together with her. Later (I don't know when/where) he tied her up and proceded to rape her. Afterwards she tells me he said he thought she liked it despite she was screaming the entire time. School started 4weeks ago and from what I know this all happend before school started

Hindsight of past Convos with her: During the first week of school she asks me and one of my friends Bill "out of curiousity" how much do guys think about sex. I say a large ammount Bill argees. Later towards the end of the day we are waiting for class to start Alice starts telling my why she asked the question earlyer and tells me about how her she recently broke up with her boyfriend because "he wanted a fuck buddy instead of a girlfriend". Fast forward a 1week and we are in class ignoring our work. She starts talking to me about one of her previous exs (not the rapist). He commited suicide. I start cracking jokes to the effect of "boom headshot" and "An hero". Noticing that she's really pissed and later I apologize. A couple days later she asks me if there is anything wrong with her. I answer no. Thats pretty much all I can remember as far as signs/relating to what has occured atm.

Alice told me about everything in the first paragraph today as well as telling me she has sontemplated suicide and still has nightmares of the event. ALice added she feels alone and isolated because of being raped. She also told me "my state of mind has completely changed" through a note. I told her not to off herself and stay positive. The class ended and instantly she put on her mask and acted normally around the other people we mutually hang out with. I write one of my email addresses down and gave it to her.

Note: I'm sorry if I added unessassary information but, I don't want to leave any possible usefull information out if I missed them.

TLDR: A girl I know got raped, and is mentally unstable, told me.

For some reason she decided to trust me enough to tell me all of this. What do I do? Basically all I can think of is be a good friend. Keep her "secrect".
Is there any good advise I can give?
Should I look around the net for a rape victim forum and give it to her for help? What else should I do?

P.s. Her 15th birthday party is today(saturaday). I plan to act as I normally as possible to avoid accidentaly making people she doesn't want to know stay ignorant.

But anyways in general:

1. DON'T SYMPATHISE. DO not get down into the pit with her and have a pity party. She has girlfriends for that. Keep a gentle, loving but firm line of "If you were raped go to the police, if not STFU".

2.Don't allow her to make herself a victim. Remind her "You are choosing to allow what happened to fuck you and your life up".

3.NEVER allow her to have a guilt trip in your presence. If it was rape then she bears no guilt. Guilt is the killer, the "there must be something wrong with me , I must have done something wrong otherwise it wouldn't have happened" is poison.

Well at the time the dude wasn't a druggie and from what i can tell was a pretty good guy...

as for the rest I'll remain skeptical. The one thing that does tie me up was how Honest she seemed while telling me this shit I'll follow the Jakk for being Mod/ sounds like he knows his shit and see where that goes.
