Thumbs up Batman: The dark knight

Just watched it. It was definitely a lot better than Tim Burton's Batman for sure, I really liked it. Probably not as good as it was hyped to be, but the joker (Heath Ledger) did a fucking amazing job. The joker in that movie made the entire movie to be completely honest...that was the one seriously bad ass character. The batman was nothing special, the other characters were really nothing special but the joker was fucking seriously kick ass...and to think he died before the movie was even released added to that. Anyone else see it yet?

Methinks Christian Bale shouldn't have chewed gravel when he was delivering those monologues.

Yeah, the single thing that I didn't like about the movie is that when Bruce Wayne talks, it's "Hello Alfred, how are you doing today"

and when he's in the batman suit, it's "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!!!!"
That was a little over the top.

Kickass movie anyway. I don't know a single person who honestly didn't like that movie. And if there is someone who didn't like it, they're probably just saying that to go against the crowd for the sake of going against the crowd.

And yes, Heath Ledger did a fuckin helluva job. He made Jack Nicholson look like an asshole who didn't know how to act, which is a pretty tall fuckin task.

I agree. It seemed like an anti-climax.

Its a good movie but I prefer Burton's version.
