Going to court Oct 17.
When should I stop smoking bud?
Am I going to be tested in court or something (it was a drug related charge).

They won't test you in court. I'm sure you will be tested once you are officially on probation and after you have met your P.O.
But the paperwork and slow clogged court systems pretty much mean you won't be on probation for usually 1-3 months after going to court.
Smoke up for now. Once your on probation you shouldn't fuck around though.

Re: Going to court Oct 17.
Well, I'm kind of hoping to get moved back to BLTC because I wanted to know when to stop smoking in relation to my first test (I smoke nearly every day).
While we're on law though, what can I expect in family court (I'm a juvenille in state of NJ)?

Re: Going to court Oct 17.
You won't know when your first test is.. I was on probation for like 2 years where I wasnt supposed to smoke weed/do drugs.. Never got tested once... Buy the whizzinator if your sketchin..
If you really are gonna quit, you can pretty much flush your system within a week or two depending on how fat you are.. Drink a shitload of water, and excercise a lot. Thc's stored in your fat cells so the more you work out the faster it'll be out of your system.. Drinking all the water is really just a backup plan incase you dont burn off all the thc, just take vitamin b12, and niacin as to keep your piss yellow.. When you go to do the test make sure you collect the urine mid stream as all the toxins will come out first..
As for your second question, what are your charges? and do you have a record?

Re: Going to court Oct 17.
I have two friends(minors) who were arrested after cops found them smoking in one of their cars...they also found alcohol in the car but neither of them were drinking at the time.
They both got a few hours of community service and had to go to a few drug classes.
This all happened in Cali though, so it may be different for you.

you have 48 hours from bud to test....just to be clear. And if they want hair, make sure that you have used some hair coloring system on all your body hair as well.
