Food without CARBS.
I posted this in OI aswell, but i figured alot of people here would have tried it, so here goes:
Im gonna kick off my weightloss with about a week of carbless food.
BUT, the problem is im not really sure about what im gonna eat., Alot of fruit ofcourse, for inbetween meals.
Im figuring breakfast can be carrot/banana or something. But lunch is a problem. I go to school quite a while away from my home, and it has a shitty cantine, that serves sandwishes etc. They also have hot food though, i might try and get a dish with some meat + veggies, and throw the rest away.
And for the evening, i dont really know. Sausages, eggs and minched meat is what i have come up with so far, but dont really know about the combination.
So Basicly, diffrent dishes involving no carbs, aka rice, bread, potatos, pasta etc.

Re: Food without CARBS.
Try eating only fruit, and lots of it, for a few days .. gives you great energy and don't have to drink any water

That is exactly what I thought.... considering the natural sugars in fruits and sugars being carbs...
SHIT! isn't there even some infinitesimally small amount of carbs in a simple multivitamin?!?

Re: Food without CARBS.
LOL... don't eat fruit, it's pure sugar/carbs. Eat vegetables and meat, a lot of meat. Rice has a lot of carbs, pasta has assloads of carbs... bread probably does as well. learn to love chicken breast. And eat a big breakfast for christs sake, don't starve yourself. You're not a troll are you???
BTW if you think you're going to change a lifetime of eating shit by a week of eating carbless food you're doing it wrong. Not that I'm an expert.

Personally, I wouldn't trust someone from niggerland, but, in this case, I agree. Low-carb eating isn't hard at all, mostly nuts, meats, cheese, protein powder, and fibrous veggies.
