What is the best cocktail you have ever invented?

Mines would be :

Get a pint glass

fill up a third with Buckfast. (crazy tonic wine you get in the uk with a higher caffeine level than red bull, that gets you fucked)


Fill up with Irn-Bru

Then add a dash of robinsons concentrated juice. (the black one)


It is like a wierd tangy vimto, I have become quite partial to it.

I don't "invent them", I just drink them. Nothing beats these classics:

Manhattan.
Harvey Wallbanger.
White Russian.
Black Russian.
Vodka Martini.
Margerita (sp?)
Long Island Ice Tea.
Zombie.

Generally I don't always have the money to drink these whilst I am out, so I stick screwdrivers and beer. The Zombie is by far the best cocktail I've ever had. They're wonderful in the summer.

Vodka, orange juice and cola isn't too bad if you're already drunk.

Orange and cola? Never had that before.

I have made a snakebite (Half lager, Half hard cider) orange before though because there wasn't any blackcurrant cordial to dash in there, so I just used orange.

It was ok.

We always end up having snakebite because my mates drink cider and the others drink beer.

I don't even consider it a cocktail anymore.


At our student union they had this drink called "cheeky vimto"

it was one blue WKD and some port.

As rough as it sounds it is absolutely gorgeous.

Yeah they do that at a lot of bars now.

If you mix a little coke, a little amaretto and a little lager together you get something similar to Dr Pepper. I can't remember the exact quantites though.

jager and root beer, vodka peach nectar and peach sparkling water, passion fruit vodka and pineapple juice

Beer mixed with more beer.

Still need a good name for it though.

go with a simple name: MAN

100 % agave tequila
fresh chunk overripe pineapple
splash of lime juice

BLEND into milkshake consistency
