The only thing about Marinol that I've noted is the extreme degree of difference in bioavailability in different people. One could say since THC is lipid soluble that it's completely dependent on this fact alone (since Marinol is synthetic THC based in oil) but this doesn't seem to be the case. I've seen bioavailability range from the low 30s to high 80s in people. The best thing to do with those is prick them with a needle and lace them onto something smokeable imho.

My friends mom had cervical cancer and he grabbed some Marinol container from her and gave some to me. It's pretty fucked up but she had plenty of it and even offered it to me one time, so it's not like we were robbing cancer patients for their medicine.

It was cool I guess. The whole memory is a bit hazey. I was high as shit though. Try it if you have a chance but it's usually a bitch to get. I haven't seen it since that day, a few years ago.

I know a guy in virginia who got it perscribed although he did not have insurance so he could not fill the script.... The generics were over 1000 dollars.
