Rolling paper substitute
I was wondering if a spearmint leaf or a periwinkle leaf can be used to roll a blunt.

Yeah but it's a bitch because there's no sticky(I've never used bible paper but it makes sense that it wouldn't stick together well). If you carefully remove the tampon wrapper at it's seam(and remove any plastic threads if there are any) the seams will stick back together. I didn't believe it until I tried it but it works and is pretty effective.

Tracing paper is just a little thicker than actual joint paper if not the same thickness.

But if you don't use a bible you can't smoke with page 666 or 420.

Ive used tracing paper before, it works well and sticks well especially if you shake a lighter under it to harden the paper, but it tastes gross and is a little harsher.

ive smoked the bible at least twice... once was a blank page, and then hey no more blanks... so the bible had john 3:16 written in just about every spoken language i tore out one that i couldnt read anyways and used it...
i need an old testament... if your smoking a bible, you might as well smoke some verses of fire and brimstone...

You know those thin paper wrappers from straws? Could use one of those..any leaf wouldn't burn right.
Really though, you're just better making a homemade pipe, even just from tinfoil or something.

Re: Rolling paper substitute
Scotch tape the bible paper. LOL no seriously, you just use a bit more than you need and roll it over an extra time, and then dry it. Works like a charm.
And I am a christian and have done it countless times, you aren't going to go to hell for smoking bible paper, the logic there is fucked. You commit way worse sins every day.
Besides, it's only common sense to use a blank page, unless you like to smoke ink.
I've even used a brown paper bag as a rolling paper once. I was on an epic bus trip across the country, and I love to smoke with hobos, and met one who had some fucking CHRON but didn't have papers, so he went and got a brown paper bag and made me roll it. I got baked as hell, and then we traded shirts. I gave him one that said "got weed" and he gave me one with a bunch of trippy ass eyes all over it.
Hobos rock, except in my city. Aggressive motherfuckers they are. Once you learn how to handle them though, they leave you alone. That usually entails screaming at them, or pointing a gun at their face though. Fucking dirt bag motherfuckers. No, you can not have five dollars to get a hit of crack. Fuck off. I love my city, but the homeless population here is fucked up.
I've made friends with hobos in over twenty cities, but the hobos here are just fucking assholes.

Why not? It's not like any given bible is a sacred object. It's words on paper, just like any other book. Besides, it's not like God wrote it. We did. There's nothing holy about it. It's just literature.

Re: Rolling paper substitute
Yeah the thinness of the paper always matters. . I used a blank page outta my brother's bible once but it didn't work because it kept unrolling. How do I get it to stay rolled? I like bugler papers cuz they got a gum strip but nothin else seems to work for me.

Re: Rolling paper substitute
If you smoke cigarettes, depending on what you smoke, the foil/paper lining can be separated and will stick just enough to make it through without it coming apart if you're careful. Export A works best. It's the best substitute I've found so far.

Re: Rolling paper substitute
One time when I was 14 I used the super thin clear paper that comes with a new pair of shoes and it worked pretty good. Then later that day I went to King Soopers and they said you don't have to be 18 to buy paper and let me buy a pack of zig zags. You can use syrup to help make it stick if you want.

I get around the sticky problem by using the tab off a beer can, the bit with the circle cut into it. One is usually cool but if you want a long one use two.

Re: Rolling paper substitute
It doesn't seem like anyone's adressed the OP's question...and most post may be mis-interpreting. I don't think he means he's out of papers, he's looking for a change. Nature blunt, y'know?
Now, unfortunately, all that I know on the subject of rolling doobs with leaves is that Ken Kesey had to do that when (he thought) the FBI sprung on him in Mexico.
When cigars are rolled, the leaf used looks brown but pliable; so it would seem you'll need to prepare it first.
Or, just give it a shot.
...well, actually, I wouldn't do that until that "surprise" business is cleared up...

Re: Rolling paper substitute
As already said, use bible paper or the paper that comes w/new shoes. To get it to stick you have to slobber all over it, like fuckin' french it. Or you can use a lil' dab of honey but not too much, you don't want it to run too badly.
