Default Can DNA be lifted off a bullet?

I know they can get DNA from hair, sweat, skin oils, and cum, along with blood, and spit, but if those substances are not present, doesn't that mean they can't just pick up individual, left over cells, to get DNA? There is no technology that can pick up a cell, so they need to get it from the aformentioned substances, right?

So, if someone wore goves, didn't spit, bleed, jackoff, breath on, or put a bullet close to their head, there would be no DNA, right?

Well damn, if you didn't leave a fingerprint, blood, sperm, saliva, or hair on it, what else is there?

Maybe skin?

The last thing they will check is the bullet when they look for DNA.
For one it will have the other persons DNA all over it and fragments will be all in the persons body(depending on the bullet).

Worry about them piecing the pieces together and finding your initials engraved on the bullet

Indeed.

But to reiterate not all bullets will fragment.

todays guns shoot bullets so fast that they become steralized when they fly thru the air, so there is nothing on them.

Well, in the situation I am considering, the DNA could only be lifted off the bullet. This makes a certain thing alot easier, safer, and simpler. I just though it would be a bad idea to wear gloves, and "see how it goes", when the consequences are considered.
