Lightbulb Spicing up Scrambled Eggs?

Usually I just make them like this: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=dU_B3QNu_Ks

But as great as this is, it does get a little boring. So, any ideas on how to make them a bit more exciting?

Add a touch of cayenne pepper while it's still under heat.

^^

What he said.

Or skip the scrambled eggs and prepare an omelette instead. Green peppers, onions, ham, cheese... *mouth waters*

Time to prepare breakfast!

I've also got goetta to-day.

I'm going to have to try those. They sound good. How do you eat them?

Well I tried out the pepper idea. It's pretty good. Cayenne is one of the most used spices when I cook. Much like Paprika. They're slowly becoming something that follows the usual addition of salt and pepper.

I was thinking about pulling apart some chicken -so it has that 'stringy texture'- and spicing that up and adding that in there near the end.

I usually throw in some cheese, bacon, sausage, peppers and mushrooms.

Pretty much a good omlette but mix it all together in the pan

Garlic can be a nice addition. If you're feeling cheap, garlic salt works.

I like putting garlic in mashed potatos. Never really considered it for eggs. I think it'd be too overpowering personally.

I like adding in bits of bacon and shredded cheese.

Ramsey likes cutting up chives and stirring it through.

Add some cut up SPAM and frozen peas and you've got the asian bachelor's staple.
