i just ate a pretty good sized meal, how long should i wait before i pop some pills for max results?

they're hydrocodone 5mgx5, but i figured it doesn't matter since a pill is a pill, they all get digested. so will the food get in the way if i pop em too soon?

Yes, a large meal will interfere, significantly.
Chew them up and hold them in your mouth for like 5 minutes for best results.
You will be in a world of bitter-sour-bitterness.
Followed by water, which will taste quite sweet.

Don't forget about sub-lingual intake.
It does work with opiates.

APAP is broken down by the liver, not your stomach. So whats the fucking problem?
Sub lingual or oral, i guess its the same.
APAP is still the same.
Its not like its bad for you, until of course, you reach that concentration where the liver cant engage its breakdown properly.
PLEASE, somebody, correct me if i am wrong.
Because i have been doing the Sub-lingual thing myself, for some time, now.

but so what? 2.5g of apap should be fine, as long as you dont drink with it. if your that worried about it, do a CWE
I think he is trying to ask the possible dosage variation regarding the safe dose of APAP, via the sub-lingual method.

oh. if thats the case, i have no damn clue. probly the same as taking it any other way/close to the same? as long as he stays under 4g, he'd probly be ok no matter how he ingested it. |

the problem, if you had been paying attention, was that he suggested i hold it in my mouth to be absorbed. i did for a lil then swallowed. i feel lovely. vicodin sucks though, its so short lived, makes me whole shit itch, then makes me irritable. but feels really soft |
