This is a weird one. So one day about 8 months ago one of my good friends, we'll call him D, just turned off his cell phone and stopped kicking it with pretty much every one. We were great friends when we were little but over time we've grown apart. It seemed his mom continually indoctrinated some vegan pussy beliefs into him over a matter of time. He even stopped smoking weed,(Pretty much that kid's only social crutch) which is crazy because this kid used to be defined by weed.

Anyhow I hadn't talked to him in awhile and one of my other good friends came down to visit from northern Oregon, we'll call him M. We cracked some jokes and then he inquired about D. I told him that he turned a bit weird but that I would call him up and we would have dinner with him. I picked him up and we all went to get some Chinese food. D is 18 and he was about 105lbs. I made a comment about what a skinny bitch he has become, it was in a playful way, and he lifted up his shirt to show us his chest. I could see his fucking heart beating. Not to mention pretty much every fucking bone in the torso. Every time we would say something to him he would be looking at us, but it seemed more like he was looking through us. It was odd. It also took him about two minutes to respond to each question, which was annoying as shit. He told us he had found a new religion. Now I knew something was up because me and this kid used to make fun of religion constantly together. He wouldn't even tell us the name of it, he said it started with an "R" and said he didn't even want to talk about it. Me and M proceeded to prod out a bit more information from him and he said two of the requirements were veganism and celibacy. Me and M started to crack the fuck up. I informed him while laughing that he wasn't celibate, he was a virgin, and there was a critical difference. Guys, you know when you make one of one of your guy friends and you expect them to crack a joke or two at your expense in return, that's what fucking expected right? Yeah, well D just took it silently and shamefully like a bitch. It seemed really peculiar. He also informed me that he woke up early and at 6:15am every morning his "preacher" would give off knowledge that the acolytes had to be there for. He said there was eight or nine members. I mean really, what the fuck?

I told him that if they offered him any fucking kool-aid that he better watch them drink it first. That's all I could say. I didn't know what else to say. Anyways, I dropped him off at his house and then proceeded to talk about it with my friend over some fine NorCal ganja. We both agreed that something had fundamentally changed about him. He was different. He gave off the vibe that he had done a bit too much LSD but I know he hasn't. I hadn't talked to him in awhile since then but he evidently tried to kill himself and his mom has talked him out of the cult. Once I heard that I gave him a call , because I felt kinda bad but he didn't pick up.

I don't know the etiquette when it comes to cults and friends. He's fucking wacked out now but it sounds like he needs a friend. Should I help him out of this dark place? Should I leave him to his own pussy disaster? Perhaps have him do my bidding.....

&T what the hell should I do?
