Back in '03 I got with this girl and everything was almost perfect, we stayed(lived) together for about 3 years and had a kid together. We were both young as hell, 16-17, We had unprotective sex so we had my son, and we stayed together until he was about a year and a half. Then I made out with a girl on new years eve and the day after she left me, I dont blame her at all, I had fucked up, so she left.

Anyways after that she had moved out and met some other guy, and they had a kid. At first I was fuckin pissed obviously, because I didnt want this in the first place for my son, but then I began to accept it. Anyways to cut to the chase, I still find myself saying "what if", what if I had done this different, I still love her man, even though I know we cant ever be together, I still remember back in the day how we were and how much I loved her, and how much I envisioned us to become a family. I still have dreams about her, almost every other night, I fuckin dream about her, and it kills me.

After her I have been through girl after girl, bottle after bottle, but yet I still think about her in some way, I dont know what to do anymore

Thats a horrible plan. Thats just asking for you to fuckup with her name and call her your exes name, which is never a good thing. Also, why the hell did you make out with the girl?!

You'll get over her. It might take a while but just keep meeting new girls, keep options open, and try to move on with your life. Try to keep as little contact with her as possible (as hard as that might be since she has your kid), and just overall try to move on.

Eventually you'll get over it, it just takes time.
