being that i live on the east coast i have never had to inject black tar heroin. However having come into possession with some i would like to know the proper procedure. i pretty much think i got the jist, just hoping an old pro can help out with fine proofing it.


1. take a tictac sized chuck, put it in the spoon, add some water and some vinegar (as the acid) and stir and heat till it mixes well.

2. throw in a cotton ball and suck up into a fresh syringe and find vein as usual.

I have seen that they give out these vitamin c papers, at the needle exchange. Helps with getting a better high/better solubility, as you make the tar into a salt form. But vitamin c should work just like vinegar(same concept).

First of all if unless you have a way low tolerance, a tic tac size piece ain't going to do shit for you.

Those I knew did at least a 1/4 gram.

Second you don't need acid. Everyone I've watched perpare a shot always used only water and a Bic to melt the tar in the water.

why in hell do you need an acid? I get black tar and all you gotta do is put it on a spoon add water..slowly move your lighter under it until its warm stir it and uh put your cotton in and badda bing!? its not that hard...WTF is with the acid? never heard of that but yea...good luck with that

In the UK, the smack you get can only be cooked up using Citric Acid. Something to do with the chemical structure that needs breaking down.

Its a real benefit to not use acid at all because it damages the veins badly. So those junkies in the US are (relatively) lucky.

As far as I know UK shit comes from Turkey/Afghanistan, so its processed differently from American "black tar", which comes from like Columbia/Mexico, and I'm pretty sure that black tar is supposed to be worse on your veins than citric acid.
