... go see a dentist?
Legally he cannot do anything because he ate the evidence. Although I'm sure if you went back to the establishment and explained your situation you might get some free food!!!!!!!!!

I broke mine on a McDonalds French Fry. Yes, my teeth were rotten as fuck, and I just figured I had a crunchy fry, so I chewed it up good and swallowed it. I was too damn embarrassed about it to try anything.

Re: tooth broken--now what?
I could understand breaking a tooth on it if the meat were still frozen or something, but if it just broke while eating it, then the dude has a dental hygiene problem that he can't exactly blame on McD's.

it was like a rock or small bone. he brushes his teeth twice a day.
he bit down hard because he was a hungry fuck, assuming the coast was clear.
you know? thats how it happend.
he has big white teeth. now it hurts every time he eats.
he missed a day of work to go see the dentist. i guess he's fucked.

Re: tooth broken--now what?
If your teeth break when you're eating, you have some serious problems.
Honestly I can't even imagine that. Shit. Wow.
Now I'm gonna be chewing extra softly from now on.

Re: tooth broken--now what?
If there was something defective about the food he ate and he can prove it then he can sue the fuck out of them.
That includes biting down a bolt that was cooked with the meat or chewing on a frozen piece.
If he broke it on the food that has passed FDA standards then he can't sue.

You are disgusting. Why don't you learn to brush your fucking teeth? Socialized health care really did a lot for you, huh?

Yes, it saved the rest of my teeth. I was a kid, and guess what? All the teeth that were next to that rotting one are also now all gone. Do you have every tooth you were born with still?
You are putting down my country when yours apparently doesn't even teach you its normal for the teeth a child is born with to eventually fall out and make room for new teeth.
And even if I decided to stop brushing my teeth and only eat junky sugary foods forever, I can just go buy new teeth. Who the fuck cares? They look better anyways.

Ummm, you do know that "baby teeth" aren't supposed to rot before they fall out, right?
I maintain that you are either just a disgusting slob or that you have been abusing methamphetamine from a very young age.
That or TROLL.

Re: tooth broken--now what?
If you really wanted to sue them, you would have a free consultation with one of them ambulance chasing type lawyers, and he'd tell you whether or not you had a case.

I know they aren't supposed to rot out, but does it really make that big of a difference if they do? I would much rather enjoy candy all day and night, drink soda before bed, and not waste my time brushing my teeth 3 times a day during my child hood knowing that my teeth are gonna fall out anyways.
They are gone, I have new, stronger, healthy teeth, and I had an awesome child hood filled with all the sugar I desired whenever I wanted it. Show me the downside.

How about the AIDS you contracted when you were orally raped through the hole where your teeth rotted out?

...Diabetes.

Didn't really see anything that looks like my lifestyle choice would lead to diabetes.
I am currently very healthy. Definitely no signs of diabetes. Even if I did have diabetes, how does that relate at all to brushing my teeth?

Diabetes would be the downside.
But alas, you're too stupid to understand.
I can keep going but you're what, 13 years old? I'd rather not spend all day educating a child.

Are you crazy? How is diabetes a downside if it isn't even caused by eating as much sugar as you want as a child? Do I have diabetes? No, so obviously it wasn't a downside. Find me one case of diabetes that was caused by a child eating as much sugary treats as they want.
You guys are jealous that you didn't live an awesome child hood like mine. That or you truly believe your own insane thoughts on this matter, with no ability to back them up with reasonable facts or arguments. Sad.

1. I ate the fuck out of some candy when I was a kid.
2. Never had a cavity.
3. Still have never had a cavity.
4. Brush your stink-trap.
