TBH i get torrents updates of all the major seasons the instant they are uploaded. So i was downloading the leaked version before OP made the post.

Man did that episode suck balls -- dirty sticking gay balls, it felt like a lazy episode that you'd find later in a season but as a season premier it was a total disappointment

agreed 100%, I mean it was great to see Dexter and the pals again, but wow, big let down. The writing is horrible, I dont see how this season can go on with the story.

so he killed an innocent cop, and he didn't get caught, and took the evidence that would have put him at the scene of the crime. Whats next? That black kid passes by the scene of the crime and exposes Dexter as some dude that bought drugs, and he has to go back to rehab? Come on, just have him compete with another serial killer again.


i will be watching season 1 again, now.

It's good. No retardation yet (well, a little...him entering that house was sloppy as fuck), but based on last season, they could throw a stupidity-curveball at any time. The only thing I'm really disappointed about is how Dexter is like a normal person now. In the first season he had all these quirks, and it was pretty entertaining to see how he didn't understand all the normal human interactions. Occasionally they throw in some "I'm a sociopath, remember? lol" stuff, but it feels fake now.

Anyways, hopefully the plot for Season 3 will pick up. I hope they can give us an interesting killer along the lines of Season 1.
