Vietnamese food is one of my favourites, but I can't tell you the name of a single thing on their menu, outside of pho and the standard Asian fares, without looking at a menu.

in restaurants, its called "combination rice'or 'combination broken rice' . after looking it up on google, this is the real name.

Sorry, I didn't realise you were responding to Euda. I thought you were saying that the dish the OP mentioned was pho. I've been awake 25 hours after sleeping for three. I'm a little vague.
