Hey everyone. I hope this is the right forum to post this in, as I wasn't sure where else it would fit.

I have reached a point in my life where I need to leave my town (various reasons, such as my fathers death, drug addiction, etc.. and I think going somewhere new, starting new would be the best option for my life right now) and find some type of job, or career, that doesn't necessarily mean army, navy etc. as I would really prefer not doing that, as I completely disagree with everything they are doing right now, but those are the only things I can really think of right now. I only have my G.E.D, and I would love any suggestions any of you might have for a job opportunity anywhere in the world where I could get away from my home town and work, make some money, straighten my head out, ya know?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Honestly, if I couldnt land another office job and there were no other jobs around here, even with no experience, hands down I'd go for trucker...

But you need something to keep you sane (besides lifting weights) if youre gonna be out on the road like that all the time. Something to consider. I could never join the army or navy. Somethin about making a living off killing just doesnt sit right with me...

Apply to jobs with staff housing or staff accommodations. There are plenty of jobs and organizations out there that will house, feed, and train you.
