problems making napalm
recently ive had a problem making napalm, not for doing anything mind you but still making it.
and instead of what i used to get i keap geting something more like warm silly puddy, how so i get that ever stick componet back.
the last three or four batches did it, ive uses packing styrofoam, attempted packing peanuts ( i think they werent polyethalene but polystyrene which i dont think disolves though) and a ridged halloween styrofoam. but it all turns out the same.
i used the same gasoline so i wondering if it might have additives that would effect it but im not sure. can any one help me here?

Re: problems making napalm
Hydrocloric acid but you'll probably make a harmful gas vapour and die of poisoning so make cupcakes and muffins instead.

Re: problems making napalm
That's the expected result when using polystyrene, you would know this if you researched. BTW, I dont think many BI'ers can make real napalm, but what I think you're looking for is made by mixing gasoline and powdered tide detergent.

Re: problems making napalm
Once the styrofoam shit dissolves, you let it set for a few days, you don't fuckin' use it straight away.

Re: problems making napalm
How can you mess that up?
I've made 'napalm' plenty with simply styrofoam and gas, and it's always worked fine. Even immediately after I made it.

Re: problems making napalm
Use a little Bar Oil.
It's used for small engines.
Makes it smoother, stickier... and gives it a nice color

Hehe .. real (modern) napalm(really Napalm-B) Is quite simply benzene and polystyrene, preferably you want to add benzene to it .. then this powder is added to gasoline to thicken it..

It is not as easy to ignite, which reduces the number of accidents caused by soldiers smoking. When it burns, it develops a characteristic smell.

Gave me an idea. maybe mixing flare powder into your napalm would have interesting effects, said flare power because I have a bunch in my closet lol. Or maybe thermite..
Back on napalm, I remember one time when I made napalm I decided to pour some engine oil in the mix, I think that was the stupid part because when I was trying to get it to light it wouldn't, and I held a lighter to the shit for I long time, finally said fuck it. I know there are methods of adding oil though, probibly has to be a certain kind.
Have had success with the gas + Styrofoam method, I would let it set longer. There are lots of good recipes out there.

Yes, It is pretty simple to make, but my statement about BI trolls still stands. :P
