I'm sure it's the same deal DC had with handguns. Absolutely no way to register them but they're legal to have... as long as you register them.

You can be licensed by the BATFE (?) to own destructive devices, not sure if you can be licensed to manufacture them, but you'd have to have them registered to you in order to legally own them.

Um, I make 'em, and then I usually dismantle them. I haven't thrown one yet. Molotov cocktails sound fun, but you really have to have a place to throw them.

Lol like here there is a license class to own rocket launchers and stuff but civilians can't obtain it :(

It's not a Molitov, I just lost the cork for the bottle I keep my spare petrol in, had to plug it with something.
