General Purpose Health Enhancers
Ever since I turned about 18 (same time I stopped smoking weed too) my health has been steadily getting worse. I've been getting more tired every day and getting head aches easier, pains in my stomach, diahhrea and other mild symptoms I usually ignore. Its starting to piss me off that it keeps getting worse though.
I don't eat that unhealthy at all. Especially considering all these fat fuckers that eat fast food all the time and don't get random headaches and stomach pains and all that bullshit.
It probably is some sorta nutrient deficiency though. Are there any multi purpose health enhancing tonics or food I can get to improve my overall health? Every day I usually buy a roll with tuna, lettuce, coleslaw and shit like that and eat a normal dinner after that so I don't know why the fuck my healths always getting worse. I've never looked into this sorta stuff so I don't know where to start. I'd say anything will help at this point. I hear theres alot of good tonics you can take that improve your health and fight illnesses.
Do those multi vitamin pills help much?

I've taken Centrum for a while, and it works pretty well. Less headaches, at least.

Re: General Purpose Health Enhancers
Well theres tons of things that will pretty much just help everybody.
A good place to start is fish oil. If you can find it locally and properly stored (below 50 degrees or so), bee pollen is like FishOil^10! Also, it actually tastes good. I eat about a tablespoon every morning with a little cup of yogurt to go along with my grits. Fish oil is still great stuff though, you either take like 4-8 capsules a day.. or a couple of tablespoons of bottled fish oil (not in pill form).
Magnesium is a good thing for everyone to take.
And a multvitamin would be a good place to start.
I'm not saying these things are going to make you feel better necessarily... there may be something specific wrong with you, not just general poor health. Your symptoms could bel the early stages of HIV, plague, or a number of things. So keep an eye on how you feel.
Also though you say your diet is pretty good.. I would try keeping a journal of everything you eat and drink for a week and looking back on it objectively. I had a friend who could swear up and down that he had a great diet.. but didn't realize it until he actually looked on it on paper that he had a diet very high in fat. So pay attention to what you eat.
Do you get regular exercise? If you don't, it could very well help with aches, tiring easily, etc etc.
As far as an upset stomach and diarrhea, it could be a problem with your diet - but keep in mind that stomach problems like that can be caused by stress. Being stressed out makes your stomach produce more acid, which could very well result in stomach aches and/or diarrhea.
Make sure you are getting enough sleep, but not too much.
Health "tonics" are a thing of the past. I would avoid anything that seems gimmicky like that. Anything that seems like it might originally have been sold on the back of a cart as a 'miracle cure' or some shit like that 150 years ago - should be skipped. Stick with good science, science that makes sense to you and you've heard of in the mainstream media. Sure theres stuff that isn't covered in the news, and doctors don't talk about, and most GPs don't even KNOW about - but theres plenty of stuff you can do for your health before you even have to start thinking about the other stuff.
And lastly... you're young. Your body is changing, you may start feeling better in a couple of weeks and feel great for months and years. Never know, so don't stress out too much about it.

Three cases found in Denver, CO just last week. It's not difficult to catch if you're exposed to it.

Diarrhoea can be a symptom of bad things, unless its just a stomach upset, which would mean it was something you ate. Either way, if it occurs with regularity its a problem.
Personally beyond maybe a multivitamin if you really want (the Swisse ones are alright) and maybe an extra vitamin C during cold season, there's absolutely no reason to be taking a whole bunch of supplements.
Like was suggested, why don't you start by telling us what you ate today.
