So when you have someone's details (what details do you need) what do you do with them ? Take out loans or cc's wouldnt they be posted to there address ?

How would they not find out ?

It all depends on what you want to do, although with a SSN, you can build a second life on that person.

You gota do alot of research and planning and shit into this...might as well just rob some place.

open account, take out bank loan, use fake cheques to buy big tv, i dont know, mainly opening the bank account

Identity Theft w/ CC's For Profit


Supplies:
SSN ( Social Security Number )
DOB ( DOB )
Name
Address
Most of this stuff can be stolen from their mail. If you don't have access to their mailbox, then you can dumpster dive for it. You can also obtain it from phishing online, but you want to make sure that they live in the same state as you.

Fake ID W/ their name on it, but your picture on it. (optional)

Do NOT use any information stolen from car shopping, or B&E (breaking and entering) unless you want to get caught.

A mothers maiden name (Doesn't have to be real, you can make it up)

A pre approved CC APP (Credit card application)
You can steal this from their mail. Or, if you're lucky in the trash.

A prepaid phone w/ minutes.
Walmart has best prices that I've seen for these. Or you can just shoplift one.

A mailbox that isn't being used for example: A house for sale or rent w/ no occupants. (dropoff point). This has to be in the same state as the persons who's Identity you are stealing.

Instructions:

First, fill out the CC APP w/ their info. Fill in a change of address request at the same time. Put the address as your dropoff point. You can mail it in, or fill it in online. If you mail it in then make sure your finger prints are not on it, and that you send it from a public drop off point like those blue mail boxes they have at malls and stuff. If you do it online, then use a PROXY.

When u receive the card (2-3 weeks later) use your prepaid cell phone to call in and activate it. You'll need to verify security information that you provided on the application. When on the phone w/ the customer service, you will want to set up a pin number so that you can use the card for cash advance. Also find out the credit limit.

After you've done this then you will want to go to ATM's and withdraw money. Usually the cash advance limit is half of the credit limit. NEVER put large cash deposits into your bank. Hide it in a lock box at a bank/credit union, or just keep it well hidden at home.

Use the other half to buy gift cards and shit for future purchases, like prepaid visa cards, prepaid phones for your next victims, ect. You will most likely need the fake id for this, but you can also buy merchandise from self checkouts. You'll need a fake ID for this too.

Then go buy what u want w/ the cash and gift cards, like drugs, ipods, booze, food, porn, ect.

You can buy large quantities of drugs for resale to make additional profit.

You can do other things like open phones and stuff in their name.
Open multiple phone accounts w/ different companys. Sign the contracts to get free phones, and sell the phones on ebay or craigslist, or use for future ID Theft. You'll need a fake ID for this too.

Repeat.

Warnings: Never use the same drop off point for more than one victim. Never open more than five accounts per victim.
Never use one victim for more than 28 days. Get rid of all the evidence w/ a shredder.

Tips: The best place to dumpster dive is apartment complexes because you can find many people's info quickly, plus it's not uncommon for people to dumpster dive in apartment complexes; people do it all the time. People in apartments often use credit cards, so you'll have a better chance at getting info that you need.

The best time to perform ID Theft is November-January because people often open new CC's, and charge up for the holiday so it won't look suspicious to Credit Card companies. Also in late December and all of January, if you steal their mail there's all kinds of info w/ peoples SSN on it. Companies, and the IRS send out tax forms, and end year reviews, and insurances statements, ect. Look for stuff like that.

Your best bet is to collect all the needed info for a few victims, and hit them all at once. Get rid of the evidence, and lay low for at least six months, and then repeat.

Eventually, they will. Period.
But the mail is slow, and most people don't have their finances sorted out, so it usally takes AT LEAST a month for them to find out, and by then you're long gone.

I read it, you pretty much nailed it.

If you want to steal someone's ID then you'll need the full load before you can do fuck all with any of it, such as using SSNs to take out credit cards you need bank drafts and all of that shit.

In the UK they use national insurance numbers; these are easy to get a hold of with some bullshit job ad put up on gumtree or in the paper, a ton of CVs coming in with their info on it (including address and national insurance number) so then you just do some trashing around their bins now you know their address, or you can continue to phish them out of info over the phone about the fake job position. That's just another popular scam the 419 scammers like to do.

You'd also be surprised how many dumb fucks keep logs of account details for online banks and various other online accounts. I'll admit I write my passwords down on paper (because they're really long and randomly generated ones that are impossible to remember) and so do a lot of other people; the difference is I keep mine WELL hidden, others just throw them in the rubbish.
