Wet psp, broke or fixable?
My buddy has a psp fat that looks like it got wet. Battery still holds a charge but the thing wont come on. We opened it up and did a few tricks to try and get the sucker started, but it still wont get to the XMB dashboard. Should we send it in for repairs (80 dollars) get a refurb (around 120) or just sell the sucker on Ebay and try to cushion the cost of a new one?

Re: Wet psp, broke or fixable?
If you tried to start it before you opened it up and dried it up, then you're pretty much screwed. Get a refurbished one.

Yeah we didn't know that it was wet until we saw a sticker on the inside that was smeared. Oh well, to Ebay with you.

Try a Pandora battery? It might be worth a shot.

Try and get it fixed through warranty, they might do it.Then sell it as new or keep it.

They do, don't they? Otherwise what would be the point in the little white sticker with red dots on it?
