Casual Drugs
What are the best drugs for taking casually (as opposed to recreational weekend drug binges). Drugs to take the odd time on weekdays/weekends, in the mornings, at work, at school or whenever and wherever the fuck you feel like it. Heres the pros and cons
Cannabis - A good one, effects everyone differently but doesn't last too long, its cheap, still leaves you sober enough to do your daily activities.
Alcohol - Can only be used up to a certain point. A few beers and your alright but a few too many and your all sloppy and can't do your daily activities properly.
Amphetamines (including meth) - Not bad if you take it in the mornings, its cheap, makes you do your daily activities even better but the downside is it cuts off your hunger, can make it hard to sleep even after it wears off and its not the healthiest drug out there.
Heroin - A real good one. Makes some people drowsy but other people it just relaxes them. Makes you take joy in all your daily tasks no matter how boring and mundane. Problem with H is its way too expensive and way too habit forming.
Miscellaneous opiates (oxycontin, dilaudid etc) - Seem to be some of the best casual drugs around. Not too expensive and not too intoxicating.
Cocaine/Crack - Not bad but too short lived and way too expensive. Only good for people with alot of money to waste.
Mushrooms/Acid/Mescaline - God no
MDMA - Not bad at all but unpredictable. One day it'll make you buzz through the whole day no matter what kinda shitty job your doing another day you won't wanna do anything.
I've only really done conventional drugs like those ones I haven't tried many of the pharmaceuticals or new drugs going around like 2C-B and that kinda shit.
The best drugs I've come across to be used casually are the opiates.

I would probably agree with you about the opiates; just a small dose (15-20mgs of oxy or equivalent), not enough to get a proper buzz, will have me still able to function properly, and able to tolerate boring shit much more.

I forgot benzo's. They definitely go up the top of the list. They're too mild for my likings though. I took 8 one night and all it did was make me restless and wanna go out drinking.

You took 8 of what? You do realise that there are over 50 types of benzo, and they vary greatly, both in potency and in effects? 8 Halcion would have you out cold, whereas 8 Restoril would probably have you nice and chilled.

Haha shit sorry valium. I heard diazapam was stronger than xanax and I know lots of people like xanax so I was careful with the valium but it was fairly disappointing when it didn't do shit to me. They're the only benzos I've tried apart from clonazapam. The brand name was Rivatril or something.

1. Xanax is stronger than Valium.
2. 8 Xanax without a tolerance would have you fucked up, 8 Valium without a tolerance would have you pretty buzzed but still able to function.
3. Clonazepam = Rivotril.

I take amphetamines (vyvanse 70 mg) during classes to help me stay awake and focused. As long as you eat something with it and 4-5 hours later, you'll be fine. I smoke chronic as much as possible, but I try to limit it to the weekends or for a comedown. I have cut back a little due to the fact that the good is expensive as fuck, and I have to go back to Houston to get a good price : weed ratio (I moved to College Station).
Benzos are pretty cool, but I only do them once a month at most. Alcohol is good for partying it up during the weekend, and the occasional delicious beer always hits the spot. Shrooms are fucking awesome to do once a year. I wouldn't fuck with the rest of those drugs.

I just got prescribed Ritalin I started taking it yesterday. Its not bad at all. It solves my attention problem and has loads of positive effect on top of that. Really anything can be done recreationaly but some drugs are harder to keep at arecreational level. You are correct though.

When I do high doses of H I do nod like mad though. Never puked but I can't say I haven't felt like it sometimes. Another big problem with heroin is it can turn on you while your doing physical work. One night my boss rang me up while I was in the middle of a binge at about 10PM and told me to come into work (renovations) to get a job done before the inspector came around and at about 2 in the morning I felt like I was gonna die. My head was killing me and I felt sick as hell.

Well, at least in my area... a 20 bag of heroin is enough for 4-6 shots for someone with no tolerance. Where something like oxycontin will go for rediculous prices like .50-1 dollar per milligram, so you spend 40 bucks on an 80mg pill and its gone in two days, whereas the 20 bag of heroin would last a lot longer. I mean, its still not cheap- don't get me wrong... but other drugs (coke, oxy) are a lot more expensive.

Actually sometime you should try taking like .5g or so. It's not enough to actually trip on but enough that you see everything in a sort of different and new way and everything looks cool. I would say that in small doses it mushrooms can definitely be pretty casual.

Man, taking a half gram of mushrooms is like being mentally blue balled. I can't stand that feeling, not enough to actually be tripping but just enough for it to kind of get annoying cause you wish you were tripping. Save acid and shrooms for when you can do a proper dose...

Very sure. I'm guessing she either had a naturally low tolerance, or simply passed out at work and her coworkers/manager got worried and had her taken to hospital. Too many benzos alone won't kill you - the LD50 is huge. If it was an actual overdose, she almost certainly combined it with some other downer (probably opiates or alcohol).

Low-dose amps always seem to work well with me. Even if I only take like 20-30 mg of Adderall I can still get some decent effects out of it- not that spracked, "go-go-go" rush of an amphetamine high, but a clearly increased motive to be friendly/social and a hell of a lot more patience with things that would usually irritate the hell out of me.
Small amounts of alcohol (say 2-4 ounces of hard liquor) are also great at leveling my nerves off without impairing cognitive function or motor skills in any kind of noticeable way. Also seems to help get me going if I'm dragging ass sometimes, too.
