sweet dreams
about a year back i was on a very interesting drug, the good old ssri known as aropax, you really dont realise what it does to you till you come off them, when you stop taking them for a couple of weeks the emotions hit you like a brick, you begin yawning again properly and alcohol takes longer to get you drunk (and getting hangovers again)
but the one thing i really missed was the dreams. you would wake up in the morning trying to rethink many dreams, that you would have nightly. what other drugs will make people dreams feel almost real like ssri's, benzo's do nothing and codeine makes you too itchy to dream. dxm fucks up your sleep and diphenhydrate makes you feel like your dreaming while your awake... not that you would know your awake, any suggestions, anyone had any good dreams while on molly or lsd

Re: sweet dreams
I know what you mean. I was on Strattera for a month and when I'd take it before going to bed I'd wake up and remember all sorts of mad dreams. They all involved me fighting off gangs of people. One that sticks out the most is I got attacked by a gang of old grannies and I systematically beat the shit out of every single one of them. Didn't feel bad about the situation at all either in fact I was proud that I managed to beat them all up.

Re: sweet dreams
Lol call me a noob but, this combination will give you vivid dreams: nutmeg, st. jhons wort, and camomile tea...
You can buy those at your local grocery store.

Re: sweet dreams
5-HTP is indeed a direct precursor for serotonin. Essentially the closest chemical equivalent to the actions of your SSRI as both result in an increase of Serotonin.
Supplement with 5-HTP and some vitamin B6 before bed, and your dreams should be significantly more vivid.
For a better feel, check the erowid reports regarding 5-htp.
Of course there are a number of unconventional means such as:
Calea zacatechichi.

Re: sweet dreams
Melatonin helps me sleep if I don't have anything else (booze, benzos, diph...etc.) at hand, and it gives me really vivid dreams.
