You got one tablet of .25 mg triazolam? Or maybe you meant one script...anyways, a single pill of 0.25 isn't going to do much besides help you get some rock solid sleep, aside from mixing it with alcohol, which I wouldn't recommend anyone do with any amount of Halcion ever...

As for the Sonata, I've never taken it myself, but from what I hear it's got the sleepy-fog sedative style of Ambien or Lunesta minus the part where you prepare a five course meal at 4 am and then wake up behind the wheel of your car in the drive-thru of Dunkin Donuts.
