I got the public defender. He had three felony charges which got reduced to one. I had eight which they reduced to five. I had court last Wednesday which they just postponed until Oct 8. In the meantime I have a a 9pm-6am curfew until my next court date which is when I'll be sentenced.

In conclusion. Fuck the police.

My worst time getting caught has to be when I decided to bring a joint to school, and smoke it during my first hour class with two other people, its a woodworking class, where they basically get the kids to help build a house so the school can get free labor, its to help us "learn". This all happened about a year ago. Me and the two friends I had in there would always just chill in the basement, away from everyone else, we were the ones that didn't wanna do shit, and the teacher didn't give a fuck, although he would try to get us to do bitch work like sweep the floors. I had smoked ciggs down there before successfully, so I said one day I should bring a J, so I did the next day, we lit it up and starting puff puff passing. One of my friends outside up top said he could smell it, but I didn't give a fuck, the teacher started walking down the stairs to look for something, of course im smarter than the other two people im with, and im the first to notice and book it out of there and jump back up top. He smells the weed and calls up the school police officer.

To make a already long story shorter, I was caught lol. Didnt go back to the school either, decided to get my GED. Fuck em, and fuck cops.

I was standing on the corner of Bruton and Buckner in green converse and tan dickies with a pocket full of green, i think i had about a half o of some mids, 10's and 20 sacks, just basically asking everyone i saw who looked shady. not alot now but looking back i thought i was really holdin. anyway, my friend bad davis calls me to pick me up (he's a real hustler) so he pulls up in this candy painted dodge magnum on 24s, and all this shit. anyway we spark up this blunt and we're doing the 30-loop (dallas niggas know what i mean) just puffing on this sweet. we see a cop turning toward us on Ferguson, and of course this dumbass thinks he's above the law, he's swanging and shit hogging up 3 lanes on the service road, well, long story short, we got pulled out of the car, searched and i got fucked by the royal dick of the law. i was 15 at the time, and got possession of less than an ounce, a tobacco ticket and a free ride down town.

we got down to the station, i called my mom and they just let me go when she showed up. she was pissed out of her mind but ultimately told me i had suffered enough.

i had a court date for about 6 months in the future so i had forgotten. when i showed up it was a bunch of fucking traffic violations, they just got to go in and leave. i was made to stand before the judge in a room full of people getting pretty much just raped. i ended up pleading no contest and got 80 hours of community service, i had to serve in a teen court and there was almost a 600$ fee with court costs.

I have never been caught High. I have been caught twice with weed but the charges were mere slaps on the hand. Mainly being stupid is why I got caught.

Last weekend, on my way to the aquarium I locked my keys in my car at the train station parking lot about fifteen seconds after I put a few tabs in my mouth. Decided it was best not to worry about it until I got back. When I was leaving the wharf, I couldn't decide to call AAA or see if a security guard could pop the lock. I should have timed it so AAA arrived at the station when I did, but I decided to check out the security situation.

Upon arriving back at the station, I saw the conductor hanging out of a widow, yelling something like "ALL ABOARD!!!" I asked quickly if there was a lockout around, he said to ask the security office, who would call the Transit police.

D'oh.

AAA came about an hour later. Funny thing was, that the back door was unlocked. Still needed a jump though.

One time I got pulled over when I was high, I had a headlight and brakelight out, and I ran a red light in front of a liquor store that a cop was waiting in. Saw bud on my lap when I was reaching for my registration. Cop asked me why my eyes were red, asked if I had allergies. Haha. Got off on a warning and adrenaline rush.

I have been in four situations where I was a hair from being arrested for grass, but got away with it.

The first was pretty basic, hitting a blunt trail around a small lake that was known for smoking pot. We threw our roaches, noticed a car behind us and didnt think anything about it. He pulled us over, questioned us a little and let us go.

The second, I was drunk and I dine and dashed from a place, went to walmart for a few things and my friends looked "sketchy" and were stopped by a few police officers while I had some pot in the car. We went back and paid but that was a close one.

This one gets interesting, I was with my friend and we got pulled over almost to our houses by a few cops, I stuffed the sack between my dick and balls got patted down and searched the car, let off clean. Really cool cops, well sheriffs actually.

This one gets rough, pulled over after a blunt, cop knew took the weed and arrested the driver. The guy in the back totally pussed out, gave the cop his sack and said it wasnt his. I had a small sack in my pocket that I successfully hid, again, and evaded arrest.

Well it was about 6 months after I started smoking, my mom had no clue and still fully trusted me with everything. It was a series of unfortunate events that went like this:

She found me clambaking in a tent I had set up in my room, she walked in, I climbed out of the tent and a huge cloud of smoke came out. Was also burnin a cigar in there so I just told her it was a cigar, she thought it was funny even though she absolutely despises the thought of me smoking tobacco. Didn't get in any trouble.

Second time, my mom found a bottle of dry gin and a wine glass with a lime in it. She kinda wigged but was overall cool about it.

Third time, cigarettes. My mom smelled smoke in my room, next day did a full search of my room and found a bunch of empty packs.

Forth time, I came home really really baked, the highest I've been to this day. My pupils were abnormally large, you could not see the color of my eyes, no exaggeration. My mom knew from the minute I stepped into the car, I was drug tested the next day. Failed. Didn't get in any trouble.

Fifth time, I came home blitted again, I was just being really silly to my ma cause I knew I looked straight and that's the only way she could tell. I went up stairs and smoked 4 joints to the dome, came downstairs and said 'MOOOM I'M SO FUCKING HIGH.. MOM I AM SO HIGH.. HIGHER THAN A KITE SHIT!" That time I did get in trouble, for using fowl language at my mom.

Sixth time, she read my texts which mentioned getting shittily wasted and what not. Got grounded for a month.

My friend was speeding because he was having very bad abdominal pain, which we later found out was appendicitis. He didn't feel it during the festival because we were smoked opium with pretty much every bowl we smoked. Anyway, they profiled us because we were 3 college age kids coming home from Florida during spring break with a car full of luggage. They knew what we were up to. We had just smoked a huge bowl of weed, hash, and opium. I was out cold and woke up to police lights flashing in the mirror.

We had 20 hits of gel LSD, which they thought was GHB, almost an ounce of weed (if we had an ounce or more the bail would have been $5,000), about 2 grams of opium, a little less than a gram of MDMA, 2 grams of hash (was in the bottom of my grinder, they didn't know the bottom could open), 4 pipes, my grinder, open bottle of tequila (we weren't drinking though), some dmt (they thought it was meth), and a few capsules of various RCs.

We were very cooperative with them which is probably why they let us off so easy. In the end, we each had $550 bail, and we only got charged with simple possession of marijuana. Fuckin' lucky, we were.

Needless to say, we learned to hide our shit much better :)
