I recieved charging papers and a court date on a cocaine distro. and weed distro. charge 8 months after it happened. I think the statute of limitations is a year but you probobly should talk to a lawyer, as he'll know the state laws and whatnot.

P.S. after a postponement the court date wasn't held until over a year and half after it happened. It's bullshit but I think it worked it my favor as it had been so long it seemed like nobody wanted to deal with it anymore, not even the states attorney. So I pled out and got an extra year of supervised probation and 2 years suspended sentance. Not too bad really.

That could really fuck him over. Most "ecstacy" pills don't contain pure MDMA and some don't contain any MDxx substance at all. It could've been meth and research chemicals.

They can take several weeks to get the results back. When I was arrested, I had a number of drugs seized (including MDMA crystal and pills, but also weed, opiates, coke and a variety of benzos) and they took about 5 weeks to get back in touch with me. Seeing as you've only got one 'type' of drug, I reckon you'll hear back from them earlier than 4 weeks.

dude, they can't nail you on piprizine, its not scheduled. however, if you admitted to selling those pills as x they're going to fuck you. they might even fuck you if you said you had sold them...

Where I live it's up to a year to get a warrant and then they can take up to two years to serve it. I'm sure California is probably different.
