Default Loss of Appetite During a Break Up

Anyone else experience this?

a girl and I broke up two days ago, and I haven't had the ability to eat a full meal since.

I can try forcing it down... and I have, but it is difficult

the bullshit part is that I don't even care for this girl at all anymore

tips?

Well, I have no tips on how you will be able to eat. It is normal to be like that. If I get to excited, happy or sad, I get like that. You will just get your appetite back and everything will be ok.

I am sorry you all broke up.

Completely normal.

If you're trying not to lose weight, just remember to constantly keep eating high-calorie foods.

Substitute water for coke etc.

If you can't eat a full dinner, make sure you eat your vegetables at least, and i recommend doing weights/going for a run because it makes you feel way better emotionally, helps you sleep and makes you hungry.

Your choices are exercise, alcohol, THC, time.

Choose wisely.

Common symptomn of depression. When I've been actually depressed (Ie not just in one of my regular shitty moods where I write the misanthropic threads you know and love), not eating is one of the big systems, that and just generaly not being able to move, and sort of "shutting down".

Is it that?

Lack of appetite and insomnia are two lovely things that rear their ugly heads when I get stressed or emotionally drained. I just smoke a little weed and it fixes both for me at least for that moment in time...

Whenever things go sour, I completely lose my appetite. It usually lasts for a week, week and a half.

Force it down and realize that it'll pass. Don't force any big meals, just eat things that are easy on your stomach.

Exclamation Re: Loss of Appetite During a Break Up

oh yeah this always happens to me after a break up or if something is wrong in a relationship. I usually work out and it makes me gain back my appetite also it's also a good stress reliever for getting that problem off your mind.

I understand. I hope you're feeling a little better soon.

When I am very upset for long periods of time I drink smoothies. Seems to keep me going
