Default Suboxone detox and depression

Im currently on a Suboxone detox, at a dosage (very low) of 4mg a day.

Ive cut myself down to this from 8mg 2 weeks ago.

Since I stopped using H, I thought my mood and depression would become alot better, but it really hasnt. Im still getting out of bed at midday and doing nothing with my time.

I know im expected to feel depressed for a while after detoxing from H, and everyones situation is different.

So, which totseans have experience with getting clean off Suboxone, and how did it go for you?

this sentence right here makes me recall something i once read on webmd, which went something like this - many people mistake boredom for depression, and really are not "clinically depressed" but dont have enough to do with their lives, making them believe they are depressed.

in my opinion a huge reason why ssris never work - have the people using them dont have depression.

I agree.

Far too many doctors look at things like SSRIs and equate the fact that they're unscheduled and non-abusable to mean it's a good idea to throw them around at anyone and everyone who even remotely resembles one of the symptoms that they can treat.
