So a while ago, I posted this about some assholes tagging my house:

I chalked it up to a random incident, but today something happened. I went to the park with some friends of mine, and an older kid who's 20 and still in high school decided to dive tackle me and try to fucking light me on fire with a lighter and some air freshener spray shit. So I ended up knocking the can out of his hand and he tried to wrestle me back down. I stuck him in the neck (aimed for his face but he jumped out of the way and I hit him in the collarbone area) and took off (yeah I ran, oh well, he's bigger than me and a sociopath). When I was running away he shouted "that's why I sprayed shit on your house bitch" and I yelled that he was fucking dead.

So here's my plan. I'm going to lure him over here by getting his little brother that I was friends with to bring him here. I'm going to get him to come up to my house and I'm gonna whack him in the head with a golf club (a driver, it's the heaviest one I have).

What am I looking at in terms of charges, because I was told that aggrivated felonious assult with a weapon is 10 years mininmum. If I let him get the first hit and then hit him with it, would it still be self defense if he was unarmed and I was? And if I end up in court, could I argue the fact that he has a history of attacks (he went to jail for 50 days for beating up a 12 year old last year) and that he's bigger than me as a reason for the weapon? If worst comes to worst, I will have a lawyer.

Hah. I like how you yelled he was dead as you were running the fuck away. However it sounds like you have plenty of witnesses who saw him tackle and try to burn you. Which I recommend you use to your advantage.You'll only get charged with assault if it's really obvious that the attack was premeditated. Attack is the key word. You don't want to do that. You want him to attack you and then defend yourself accordingly. It shouldn't be hard if it only took the sight of you to have him charge you earlier.

Previous charges on his part can only help your case if you decide to go through with it. Oh and I don't suggest luring him to your house with his little brother as the middle man. For two reasons.

1. He will be expecting something

2. Your a fool if you think anyone is going to watch their brother take a blunt object to the head and not start swinging.

What I suggest you do is carry a weapon for self defense around. ( No, not a fucking golf club) and the next time you see him, which you will, you can even drop by the park again to see if he's there. Wait for him to initiate the confrontation, note the witnesses, and then you end it.

Oh and remember bringing a weapon to a fight can always end in the possibility of you being beaten/stabbed/shot with your own weapon.

Out of curiosity what the fuck did you do to this guy? There is two sides to every story.

Put yourself in a situation where it would not be strange to be carrying tools. Have a screwdriver, stab him. Not premeditated, make sure noone is around, place a knife in h is hands, that you bought from a store far away and have not put your prints on. After you shank him with a screwdriver or something, plant the knife on him. then if you wish, grab the knife in such a way where where your prints would only be on it if you were taking it off his corpse.

Revenge?

Just knock him out and take him back to your place or lure him there, knock him out, tie him up by his arms so he's hanging from the ceiling, electrocute him and pour battery acid over him before you and your friends take body shots at him.

Basically kill him and then get a bum to dispose of him for you giving him a little bit of money.

Seriously why do you guys make simple shit so complicated?

Heh I have a few torture ideas, realistic but still evil too. The above was just an idea for if you want to kill him and have a little bit of fun while doing it as well.

If lobo sees this thread he can vouch for me, me and him did a textfile on it a looong while back.

May do up another textfile on it since the old one was lost.

I like your thinking, and I do have a switchblade that I carry around all the time.

As for the 2 sides, I didn't do anything to him. I haven't seen the dude in over 4 months. It's pretty well known amongst people around here that this kid is fucked up in the head. He's 20 and has failed SENIOR YEAR in high school three times (motherfucker had 3 classes and still managed to fail all of them), got sent to jail last fall for punching a 12 year old kid in the chest, went on a vandalism spree earlier this year and got probation, tried to beat me up in March but again I just swung on him and then took off before he could do any damage, and is just a general piece of shit.

Also I guess I should mention that somehow being that much of a fuckup makes you popular around here.

I would just like to note that I see lots of totseans from Euclid. And, I'm sure there are more who don't have it in their location. You guys should meet up. It could never hurt to have a few witnesses that saw him rush for you with that knife. But, somehow as you wrestled him to the ground trying to solve the conflict he accidentally stabbed himself to death.
