Need some advice.
I recently got a cheap 2003 mustang. It has 40k miles on it and has a 3.8 v6. It is all black and has an automatic trans as well.
I know this is no sports car and most of you will make fun of it , but I like the looks and for the price I got it for it was even more appealing. I know "everyone has one" but I'm happy with it. Go easy on me.
My "aesthetic" modifications for it are as follows:
Tints
Black wheels
Probably a set of bullit mustang wheels. Not too sure about this though.
Here are bullit wheels as a reference. - http://sacramento-mustang.com/images/cc_svo1007k178.jpg
Blacked tail lights.
Loovers for the rear window. - http://estore.websitepros.com/stores...alog/3View.jpg
Full sound system.
Any suggestions on additional things or my planned things would be great.
My "performance" modifications for it are as follows:
Exhaust.
Tuner or chip or w/e.
I have a cold air intake on it that I got for free brand new.
And I know I could probably never afford the tt kit for it.
I'm not really sure about the rest here. I know I am missing plenty but I don't know a lot about this.
I'm very good with mechanical things but I'm new this kind of stuff so I've really come to you guys.
Again, any suggestions on additional things or my planned things would be great.
I don't want it to look shitty or have it look like a typical nigger rigged mustang. I want it to look clean.
With so many mustang owners on the street I want it to look good.
What do you guys think?
(More will be added to this post later.)

Re: Need some advice.
No offense man but the aesthetic modifications (particularly the blacked out lights) are going to make the car look like rice, and if someone says so, and you say 'no, it's got a CAI, chip, and exhaust', it will probably just make you look worse. CAI will likely do nothing, chip will do something but not much at all, and by exhaust you probably mean 'exhaust tip', amirite?

Re: Need some advice.
How about instead of buying all this 'performance' shit for it, you just buy a real fucking car?

those look nice on that body style of mustang. that and tint should be all you need, and they're fairly common enough to find a set for cheap used on some mustang forum. and easy to sell before you get rid of the car.

Re: Need some advice.
Too true 'bout the lights, ricy shit with the snap and a crackle. Look like some VK owner thought it was still 7 years ago and went a bit overboard with the smoked headlights/tail lights.
CAI's aren't always useless, but they're always over priced. CAI's can sometimes even net you some results (and you have to have a need for them in the first place), if they're actually installed properly / advantageously. OTR CAI FTW.
