A question for the Animorphs fans...
I hope not too many sneer at my love for this beloved book series but damn I gotta ask... is anyone else TO THIS DAY as pissed off as I am about the ending???
I am still so pissed off with K.A. Applegate for that bullshit.

that series has an ending? i just thought the author got bored when it wasn't popular anymore. i haven't read those in years. the show could have been done better, IMO. how many seasons did that run for, do you know? afaik it was only 2. also, is the author male or female? i've wondered that since i was 8.

Yes it does, the 54th book called "The Beginning".
Not really, it continued to be pretty popular.
Yeah, the show sucked. Two seasons as far as I know man.
Author is a female.

That's a solid name for an ending; I like it.

Read it dude, I would hate to spoil it.
They all end up jaded and fucked up from the war as they proceed into their adult lives, thats all I'll say.

Re: A question for the Animorphs fans...
I read quite a few animorphs books in elementary school. In the end I particularly liked the hork-bajir and andalite chronicles, where they werent about the earth struggles but took place entirely in outer space. The horks are all happy and peaceful, get invaded, a special smart one gets adopted by andalites and is taught everything, then they venture deep into the planet and find some other species under control of the yerks. The kids vs yerks main theme was pretty lame.
It's been 6-8 years, but it's all coming back...
