As stated, if you must ask you shouldn't be doing it. If it's tar chase it off of foil. If it's powder don't waste your time. I've never had tar so I just snorted it. I remember chasing fentanyl off foil a while back but I got a lot for free (don't wanna get into that, sort of a down point time in my life). Wasting a bit here and there was no big deal.

But like i said if you're paying like we do around here (20 bucks a point) wasting is not an option.

Now as to the OP: I don't know powder - except powder made from tar by cutting it into baking powder or something and you don't want to smoke that.

As for tar, just chase the dragon - put a piece on some aluminum foil and you heat under the foil with a lighter and then inhale the smoke that rises from the foil using a tube of some sort.

I used H that was for over 15 years. Yes it would have been more effective to shoot it. But fuck that. Needles are for idiots and losers. I've only ever met a couple/few people who used needles and managed to keep it together in the long term. The rest sunk lower and lower until they hit bottom or died - or both.

The point I was trying to make was if he hasn't got the initiative to type 'how to smoke heroin' into google and peruse the 2,430,000 results then is he going to have the initiative to be careful when he's scoring? Or working out a dose? Or find a vein? (which it'll come to, I'm sure)

OP: Heres how I've always done it and I never waste any of it. Fuck that chase the dragon bullshit I only end up wasting some of it like that.

Get a little square of tinfoil, burn the shiny side with a lighter to get rid of the chemicals, put a tiny bump of smack on the shiny side in the center, put your paper tube directly over the bump of powder then burn the underside of the tinfoil and inhale.

Loads of junkies say you should spread a line down the center of a long piece of tinfoil then and hold it slightly upwards and start burning the lower side and chase the bubbling heroin tar upwards. My way works much better. I just put a little bump and hold the tube directly over it so I don't have to chase anything.

And yeah I agree with what metaphysicist said apart from the chase the dragon part. I've never injected the stuff myself but everyone I did smack with only did needles and I wanted to try it one day and they wouldn't let me. They all told me to stay the fuck away from needles cuz once you start you won't wanna do anything else. I prefer smoking better than snorting myself though. I don't do smack anymore but I remember I used to look forward to the process of smoking it nearly as much as the buzz.
