vacuum bags and dogs
not anything in the near future but for future reference...
we will have to drive across state lines with about an ounce of weed, 10 ecstasy pills, 10 hits of acid, ounce of mushrooms, some oxy and klonopin... and maybe some other things.
in the event of getting pulled over by some k9 unit, i want to have this shit as undetectable as possible so we don't all rot in prison for god knows how many years...
so i was thinking about washing my hands off with alcohol and water before hand. wearing gloves and carefully putting all of the drugs inside of a vacuum bag then putting on a new pair of gloves, vacuum seal the bag and then wash it with a polar and a non polar solvent to remove any residue on it...
would this sufficiently keep dogs from smelling it?

Re: vacuum bags and dogs
I doubt it. Your best bet is to try not to get pulled over and keep all your shit locked up in a the glove compartment.

Don't get pulled over and don't consent to a search...Keep everything out of plain sight until you get where you need to be.

Re: vacuum bags and dogs
I know it's hard to do on long trips, but make sure to go the speed limit the entire time. vacuum sealing (double) will likely work, assuming you don't get ANY residue on the bag. Mail order marijuana vendors do that to ship weed cross country and they're rarely caught.
What state are you going to? Last summer me and my friends were nabbed with quite a bit more drugs than that, and we got away with "Simple possession of marijuana", most likely because we cooperated.
As long as you go the speed limit, and don't have expired tags or something stupid, they shouldn't have a reason to pull you over.
Ever since we got caught, we've been a lot more careful. My friend's van, which we take on almost any roadtrip now, has a TV with a/v adapter in it. We use the expansion port thing on PS2's and put everything in there. That, a stack of games, and two controllers will most likely be overlooked, but we haven't been pulled over since, so there's no way to be sure.
What state are you going to? We got busted in South Carolina and got off easy.
Either way, as long as you can pay bail, you're not going to rot in prison.

Re: vacuum bags and dogs
haha just thought of this and is probably a dumb idea cause i have little experience with shit like this, but...
like a few hundred yards before you get to a state line, one person gets out with all the shit, finds a place to walk across (i imagine theres only guards on roads), and then you pick him up on the other side?
haha even sounds stupid to me just throwing that out there.

Said friend would have to walk at least a mile. That's a helluva lot sketchier than just driving safe and going the speed limit
It's not like there's a customs checkpoint at every state border.

That's what I was thinking. He's not talking about going to a different country, just driving through a couple states. There are no customs checks if you are just changing states.
