Well I decided that it was time for a little chemisty of my own so i proceeded to conduct an experiment I call "Smoking a bowl". From the get go things didn't go as planned. I spilled the bud after breaking it up and thus I had to deal with that mess. After cleaning up the bud I loaded the bowl of my glass pipe and alas to my suprise, a resin clogged pipe. Well being the briliant stoner I am I decided to use a stick from my reed diffuser to stuff down the pipe and clear the blockage. A few pumps later and my bowl is now seperated from the rest of my pipe.

I've decided the best course of action is to make a good ol' fashion water bong out of a water bottle. The only problem is im not too sure what to use for the stem and bowl. Any suggestions? I'm trying to avoid the bic pen tube and foil bowl if possible. I have alot of house hold items to work with when making this. Well any help or suggestions are greatly appericated.

I wasn't quite sure where to put this. I considered DIY or Gearheads but I don't know how many of them are stoners or have bong making experince.

Last night I smoked out of a v-8 can with a cone of aluminum foil for a bowl ( the foil was because sometimes I'm a clumbsy fucker when I'm stoned).

Worked fin, but I didn't really wash it out well enough. Needless to say, pot+V-8=dirty butthole flavor. :(

fine if you want to get super technical you will also need tape, a hammer/screwdriver to break the base of the bulb (a lot harder than you would expect with a 100 watt bulb the first couple times, a lighter, weed, and something to break the inner glass of the bulb.

i use a steak knife to cut the thread of the bulb and i use the same knife to break the insides apart.then i pull all that shit out and rinse with water until i'm satisfied. what is that white shit they coat the inside of the bulb with anyway?

Note: he said smoke, not vaporize, you bulb smoking tards. I made a decent bong out of a quart mason jar and some rubber hoses. Just punch 2 holes in the lid, run one hose to the bottom and one out the top. As far the bowl goes, I had one of those bullet style pipes that fits right in the hose and makes an air tight seal. Try something like that but improvise for what you don't have.
