Politics: Left, Right, and Center National, state, regional, and local politics. Who's doing what to whom, and what you can do about it. How-to-get-action messages are encouraged. "How the government fucked up my life" stories are encouraged. Sharing new methods for cheating on taxes is encouraged. Sample "letters to congresscritters" are encouraged. Apathy and "I can't do anything" posts are discouraged. Left, right, centrist, or any other form of political-economic systems are all up for discussion. Be prepared to defend yourself, or at least have a good line of bullshit ready. Extensive quoting of economists and philosophers is frowned upon. We want to hear what YOU have to say, not what some constipated, impotent, dead guy dreamt up while suffering from the DT's over a hundred years ago thought.

Exclamation What the oil companies don't want you to know....

For those of you that don't know the technology for water powered cars has existed for some time now. That's right, a car that is powered ONLY by water. Seems too good to be true eh? Well listen up...

The reason why I posted this in the Politics forum is because you must realize that politics are the ONLY reason why this technology isn't being utilized and mass produced, AND coincidentally, why you don't know about this.

Some time ago Stanley Meyer ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_Meyer ) invented a device that converts water molecules into hydrogen, which is then used to power a car.
Conveintly for the Oil Company interests, he "went missing". Hmmm...

We all know the oil companies are the most powerful corporations on earth because of their money. Money generated from their capital, oil of course. It is not in their interest to have the most valuable resource in the world to be rendered useless so this technology is surpressed. If the government wasn't so controlled by these companies this would be in every single car by now. Unfortunatly is more profitable to be inefficient and force people to rely on expensive (and rising) oil costs. Sad.

Anyways, here's the invention you should all be aware of and inform each other about:

And the modern day Japanese version:

Inform the Masses...

Water is more expensive than oil.

Quit life retard.

Oh yes, I agree!

That's why I have to pay a corporation every time I feel like taking a glass of water from the ocean, right? Oh wait, no I don't.

You are a fool.

This device works from ANY type of water. Ocean, rain, snow, etc. I really hope you were kidding because if you weren't you're going to have a fun time paying $5 a gallon for a harmful chemical to power your car while I use bong water to power mine.

"Oh no, officer, I don't smoke marijuana. I just keep this bong full of water in case my car runs out of fuel."

I lol@ you calling me a fool, yet you believe you drink water from the ocean.

There are many, many flaws with water powered cars, chief among them skippy being that water isn't an energy source, SHOCK! neither is hydrogen in the form produced on Earth naturally.

So qtfo/gtfo/stop buying into conspiracy bullshit.

The reason you don't see any of these mythical cars has absolutely nothing to do with any corporations suppressing the technology, it's because they don't work retard.

Open your eyes, you poor close minded --- or do you benefit from high gas prices. You have no valid argument here. It is you that need to gtfo/stfu. There is no conspiracy. This is what is needed. This is what the politicians fear the people will find out.

See the truth.

Hahahah, you killed yourself with that video. All 10 of those gigantic tanks provide 3 1/2 months worth of energy IN conjunction with his other methods of obtaining energy.

Notice how that set up would cost more money than most people make in a decade? Yeah.

You illogical hippies crack me up. THERE IS NO conspiracy, got it?

The proof is in the pudding, your idol Meyer was found guilty of FRAUD, yes that's right, fucking fraud, and forced to pay back his investors.

Perhaps that's why when experts(yes actual experts, not frauds) were set to investigate the car and its workings, he made excuses as to why that wasn't possible, even though he was aware of the visit weeks in advance.

So lets talk about water. Everybody knows it contains hydrogen, and that hydrogen can be burned or used to generate electricity in fuel cells. But what few people seem to realize is that hydrogen is not an energy source, at least not here on Earth. If we could go out and mine some pure hydrogen somehow, that would be an energy source. But we can't find any in pure form on this planet, so we either have to reform natural gas (and so here the energy source is fossil fuels, not the hydrogen itself), or we have to break up water molecules via electrolysis, a process that uses more energy as input than you can then get out of the hydrogen as output. That means that the hydrogen is just a carrier of energy - like a battery - and the real source is whatever you used to power the electrolysis process (so if you use wind power, your hydrogen car is actually powered by the wind via hydrogen).
I'm all for alternative energy, but come on, at least research the matter before making a fool of yourself on totse.

HAHAHHAHAHA
Gullible OP is gullible.
Didn’t you do chemistry in high school?

Decomposing water into hydrogen TAKES energy because you have to break the O-H bonds.
Burning Hydrogen in Oxygen to produce water gives off heat.
You can’t get something for nothing, to go backwards the reverse is true.
You can’t simply “separate the hydrogen from water and use it as a fuel”. That’s fucking retarded. This idiotic idea violates conservation of energy, and is completely fucking impossible.

Let me set is out for you: the formation of chemical bonds gives off energy, breaking chemical bonds requires energy. You will need as much energy to separate hydrogen and oxygen in water as was given off in the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen to form water in the first place.

Quoted for the fucking truth.

OP, Swatfag look, this man has graduated high school.

You can learn from him.

The hydrogen produced in the video I provided was produced by excess electrical power derived from solar panels and is then used by a hydrogen fuel cell. Hydrogen Fuel cells are currently used to provide back up power for cell phone towers. I guess the experts are not aware of that. These phone towers also use solar panels for energy.

I would think that you would probably have told Henry Ford that there could never be a cost effective way to produce gasoline to power his foolish horseless carraige and you would have really gone against the Wright brothers and their foolishness of thinking a contraption made of wire and canvas and wood could actually fly.

I am impressed with you.
