If it's anything like pharmacies in other third world countries, you'll be able to buy benzos OTC (minimum, but maybe also other stuff). I went to one and managed to buy Rohypnol, Dormicum, Lexotanil, Valium, Xanax, Ketamine vials, and dihydrocodeine without any problems, and was even told I could request the pharmacists to order in drugs that they didn't have in stock.

I thought K was primarily used in animals. What country sells it over the counter? I've seen xanax, valium, hydrocodone, etc over the counter, but never K. This is interesting if it's true. go to any Caribbean country and it holds the same. the coke my friend brought back from Puerto Rico was amazing. I can't wait to sample what he brings back from Ecuador. He has told me good things.
