I have 10 mg of hydrocodone (says "generic norco" on the baggy) left over from a recent ER trip. Will this give me a good time?

I don't have any interest, at this point, in taking DXM. My point was that I don't particularly want to deal with procuring some of the other potentiators (DXM, Tagamet (heartburn medication? really? weird.)), so I'd like to know just how strong my vike is on its own, or with just alchohol.

APAP is Tylenol. Too much is really bad for your liver, especially if you mix it with other things that are hard on your liver, like alcohol. Benadryl and Tagament inhibit certain enzymes in your body, which makes you absorb more of the drug. DXM taken in large amounts is a dissociative, but as an opiate potentiater you're only supposed to take a normal amount. You can take your two pills if you want to, and drink as much as you want with it too. You have a very small amount, and I doubt you'll really feel it at all, but then again, everyone's body works in different ways.

He's right, too much acetaminophen is SUPER bad on the liver. I wouldn't worry too much about it, though. It takes more than 10 to 15 grams to kill you. I had six Darvocet with 650 mg of APAP, and two Hydrocodone with the same amount of acetaminophen as yours. I took all of them, and felt fine. It would take a whole bottle of Tylenol or more to kill you. Although, with alcohol, that's a different story.

How is your opiate tolerance? Eh, 10mg is alright I guess..I'd suggest taking N0 W4rn1ngs route if you want the most bang for your buck so to speak..

* T-45) 600mg Tagamet HB(Cimetidine HCl), a large glass of tonic water (or another source of quinine), and a large glass of (white) Grapefruit juice, preferably from concentrate.
* T-35) 30mg DXM HBr, 4mg CPM, 25mg Benadryl(Diphenhydramine HCl), 330mg Naproxen(Aleve).
* T-20) 2 Tums OR 1.5 Tbsp. of Baking SODA. (Obviously this step only applies if you are eating your opes)
* T-0) Parachute\chew\rail\bang your opiate\opioid.
* T+10) Smoke a bowl or two. Not more, you don't want to over power it.

That'll make it more potent than just taking them straight up. Also, chew or parachute them..don't just swallow.

APAP = Acetaminophen. An OTC pain reliever.

Edit: Upon looking at your post above, I assume you've already taken them. Use my info for your next outing with opiates then. Have a good one.
