explosives vs. thermite
if you needed a steel door out of your way, what would you do?
explosives can be made out of things that are easily found. all recipes for thermite seem complicated, and call for things that are hard to find. plus, isn't it a powder? how could you burn a lock off of a door with a powder?
and would you be facing more charges if you used a bomb to get in?

Re: explosives vs. thermite
If you think thermite is hard to make, then you were right when you posted this in bad ideas.

Re: explosives vs. thermite
Mix rust and aluminum powder, stuff said powder into a lock, then stuff a strip of magnesium into the lock, light on fire with torch lighter.

Re: explosives vs. thermite
well...a totse favorite is thermite...but it would just melt the lock...unless the hinge pins are exposed and unremovable then that could be a potential point of entry with thermite...just melt them off...or...u can learn to pick locks which depending on the lock used can be quite easy....

You probably have more hope using a sledge hammer or bolt cutters.
