If you go on youtube and type in "Brian Magee", you will get a lot of interviews he conducted with various analytic philosophers that serve as fairly basic introductions to different aspects of philosophy. Also, check out The European Graduate School lectures.

Search "philosophy" in google video. Not in youtube, google video lets you go over 10 minutes and includes youtube results if you want them.
