I used to take it and have half a bottle of 30s in my medicine cabinet and will swallow a half or a whole one here and there if I can't sleep or really need a come-down aid after too many amps. Why do you ask?

(i have a script for it).
only take it when i need sleep, 30mg.
i took it for several weeks ages ago, it did make me 'happier', but it also made me a fat bastard.

Swallowing only half will allow you to feel the anti-histamine effect only...and you make you really tired, which I'm guessing that is the plan. When taking the whole at 30mg the nor-epinepherine effect overpowers this effect.
No reason, why i'm asking. Just wondering that is all. |
