Last night I crashed at my friends house because I got too high and couldn't fucking move to drive home. So this afternoon I was still at his house, then I get a call from my mom telling me to come home.

So once I get home my mom tells me a cop came and they searched my room because someone tipped off my name concerning drugs and whatnot. They found about 500mg of salvia and about 400mg of DXM freebase powder. Here is where I get lucky: Since i crashed at my friends house, i had all my MJ with me so the police never found it in the house. Now I hid it in the woods unless they come back.

They told me that they are going to pull me out of school and question me. Now here is where I need your help totse.

What trouble can I get in for salvia and dxm freebase? I live in south carolina so it says salvia is legal, but im not sure about dxm freebase. Also, when they question me about weed, should I deny everything since I don't possess any? Can they force me to take a piss test?

Nope I'm only 16. I hid all my stuff in the woods so if they stop by again they won't find anything. They also found chemicals like ammonia and naphtha in the garage because I used them for dxm extraction. I think they might think im trying to make a bomb or some stupid shit like that and the police wanted my computer but didn't have a warrant so my mom wouldn't let them have it.

I'm just concerned about when they question me how I should go about it, and if I can get in trouble for pure dxm freebase.

They found nothing, but she was woken up in the night to a cop in her bedroom - how is it legal in any scenario? Where's the warrant? Etc.

Ok, in that case, you're good on the DXM. For the salvia, say you were gonna make incense, but you hadn't ordered the rest of the shit because you're broke. Or pay the bullshit fines and get on with your life. You didn't get caught manufacturing or anything.

I still don't see how Salvia would be an issue so long as his state hasn't made any mandates in regards to the substance.

On what grounds do they even have legit capacity to test you? They didn't find any marijuana, no illegal drugs. On what grounds would they have any evidence or probable cause to do so? They might as well have hauled out incense. I'd refuse any drug test and refuse to answer any questions in regards to it.

Dxm is legal so be straight up with the cops, and you can admit that you smoked weed only if you don't possess any.

You're not compelled to talk to anyone about anything. If you're not arrested just say "I have nothing to say" over and over again. No matter what they ask, or how harmless it may seem, just keep repeating that line. Also, ask them if you're being detained or if you're free to go. If you're arrested say "I need a lawyer" repeatedly.

Also note, the faster and more often you say these lines the better off you are. I'm up to 170 recitations of either line per minute.

you need to smack some sense into your mother. your lucky the cops didn't go methlabcrazy on your ass and plaster your whole family's name and house on the news. she could have fuckin wrecked your whole family's name. my friend OD'd on pills in high school and his mom let the cops in to search his room and found some minor things like you had and bam - meth lab busted on the news. of course the charges never stuck but his mom ran a day care out of that house, think she has any customers now? anyway to answer your question: don't talk without a lawyer, and refuse any piss test. unless you're on probation it is not illegal to refuse a piss test.
