What can you do with a hamburger patty other than make a hamburger? I thought of baking it and putting ketchup or whatever you want on it as a meat loaf (tried but pan fried, just as good) or baking it in a mushroom gravy to make a salisbury steak. Any other ideas?

Get a packet of onion soup mix and add it to the hamburger meat, this gives it an AMAZING flavour, also a tsp-tbsp of worchishire sauce makes it really good. You can try adding in some ground pork to the hamburger meat or some cooked bacon.

make a burger, but when you're making the patties put chopped up onions, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese in the middle. then grill it. pure win. or you could try frying it in beer batter, we did this last month at 3 in the morning, it was amazing.

He's asking what to do with pre-made patties, not how to make your own.

A friend of mine used to bread and fry those suckers. They had a different flavour, it was interesting.

now get your regular burger greens

now get one slice of bread

stick everything between the slices of burger

Anyone know what would happen if I rolled a hamburger very thin, wrapped something with it, and cooked it?
Would it be like hamburger paper or fall apart?
