I took a ten miligram methadone last night, just for kicks. But i completely forgot that i needed to take my prescribed dose of clonazepam this morning, my dose for that is two miligrams in the morning. I'm wondering, since I've heard that methadone last for a long time, will the methadone even be in my system anymore, its been about thirteen hours since I took it. and If so, will the klonopin react at all with the methadone?

Yes, the methadone will still be there for sure. No idea about the interaction, though.

One final question here, would it be safe this mornign for me to take a few vicodin 7.5's with everything that i've ingested in the past fifteen hours?

Methadone can clog opiate receptors for quite some time, at least partially.

You're not going to have any kind of adverse health reaction, but you'll get more bang for your buck from the vicodens tomorrow.

Im pretty sure you will be fine I used to take methadone alot and kolonopin. You will be fine with 10 mg and 2mg kolonopin. thats a small dose. If you took 4 of those pills and like 3 kolonopin after it would be a bad idea. benzo's and domes are a bad combo and can lead to respitory failure. But with such a small dose you will be fine.
