Ill start by saying that If you took 10 mgs of valium, you would feel it. Thats a pretty high dose if you dont really have tolerance.

If you want to feel mildly drunk 2-4mgs should do the trick.

You dont necessarily get valium for pain, more for anxiety and shit.

1. Eh. Over time you may experience some memory loss but the most risk is in the addictive nature of benzos. Gotta be careful. Once you are addicted it's possible to have seizures (among other things) due to withdraws.

2. Depends on the person but I'd start on say 10-15mg and pace yourself after that.

3. Actually Xannies aren't all that difficult to get ahold of either. Go find state funded "crazy house" with outpatient counseling and get yourself an appointment. Complain of anxiety, racing thought, restlessness and sleeplessness and you should land yourself Xanax fairly easily. Also, most of them will fill the script for you for free if you talk to them about being unable to pay.

My solution doesn't necessarily land you only Xanax. You could tell them that you've tried Xanax to help the anxiety but it made you feel sick...but that may land you something like Ativan. I find Xanax a bit more euphoric and relaxing than valium myself but everyone is different.
