Okay, but you've got to remember two things:
1. Crank was a ripoff of Speed
2. Hollywood is out of ideas.

Other than that, I'm a huge fan of Statham. So I'll see it, as much as it looks like Crank.

Wha?
If anything Crank is an Pastiche to an Film Noir flick called D.O.A.

Pretty sure it's copyright is expired so you could probably download it free from somewhere if you're interested.

The opening is brilliant, but the story drags on and it ain't that crash hot apart from the initial premise.

I love The Transporter films, I'm also looking forward to Crank 2...Over the top films tend to be shit, but I enjoyed Crank.

Fucking awesome. These are like the new James Bond films. Can't wait for Crank 2 either. If they come out in the same year that would be badass.

Camelot, it is a silly place.
Thumbs down Re: Transporter 3

The first movie started out very well, then turned to crap. The second movie was the most unbelievable, badly-written, badly-staged action film I've seen in a long time. The worst James Bond movies were more believable than Transporter 2.

They already transformed Statham from a half-way believable badass into a cartoon character in the sequel. In Transporter 3, they are going to have to transform Statham into a full-blown Marvel character to top the stupid shit they had him getting away with in 2.

For the love of god, why can't these people leave well enough (or bad enough, as the case may be) alone? Nobody wanted Rush Hour 3, nobody wanted a third Mummy movie, and nobody wants Transporter 3. Ugh.
